Niagara City Cruises will resume the popular evening cruise this weekend
NIAGARA FALLS, Ont. — Fireworks over Niagara Falls are a sight to see.
It’s even more memorable from the deck of a Niagara City Cruises catamaran at the base of the Horseshoe Falls. After a two-year hiatus because of pandemic restrictions, the stunning Falls Fireworks Cruise returns this weekend.
“There are few experiences like that of seeing the Falls up close at night, with the sight of exploding fireworks over the brink,” says Mory DiMaurizio, Chief Operating Officer of Niagara City Cruises. “It makes for a magical outing in the mist that won’t soon be forgotten.”
Starting Saturday, May 21st, the Falls Fireworks Cruise will run every Saturday until June 11th. Weekend Falls Fireworks Cruises will run June 18th to 20th and June 25th to 27th. The cruise will run daily from June 30th until Labour Day.
The Falls Fireworks Cruise departs the Niagara City Cruises dock at 9:30 p.m. for the 40-minute tour. Tickets cost $43.25 for adults and $28.25 for children, plus applicable taxes.
Niagara City Cruises is also extending the hours of its flagship Voyage to the Falls tour. The popular cruise is currently running every weekend — Friday through Monday — with the first cruise at 10 a.m. and the last departing the dock at 8 p.m.
The Voyage to the Falls will resume its daily schedule starting June 1st. Tickets cost $32.74 per adult and $22.75 per child, plus applicable taxes..
